We do this so on day one at a jail facility or in a patrol car, you have the necessary training to succeed, be safe and advance your career.
The San Diego Sheriff’s Office also recognizes the importance of personal and family life. As a full time San Diego County Employee, you will have a variety of benefit packages to choose from. From highly competitive rates for medical, dental, vision care for you and your family to Health Saving Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and daycare.
