So Sarap! Philippine Festival is a unique cultural experience presenting a world-class celebration of Philippine and Filipino American arts, culture and history. San Diego is home to the second largest concentration of the Filipino diaspora outside of the Philippines. The festival provides a destination event that reflects the diversity and hospitality of the Philippines, showcasing contributions from around the world. It attracts and highlights local, regional, national, and international artists, performers, and talents to educate the public of the past, present, and future of the Filipino culture. This free family-friendly event is presented by the PASACAT Philippine Performing Arts Company.
