Ramona American Graffiti Cruise happens every Thursday night, starting at Etcheverry Street and traveling east on Main Street to Sixth Street. The drivers go around the block and continue back down Main Street on the same route about four or five times.

Thursday, July 20, 2023 is Ramona American Graffiti Cruise First Responder Appreciation night, and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department vehicles will also be on display.
